If you visit our website, Breeze Mobile Marketing SRL will process your personal data:

  • For marketing activities, such as providing a reply after you’ve filled in the Contact Form from our website

IV. The duration of time for which we process your personal data

 

In principle, Breeze Mobile Marketing SRL, will only process your personal data for however long is needed to accomplish the aforementioned purposes.

If you are a client of ours, we will process your personal data for the entire duration of our contract, as well as afterward as needed, according to the legal obligations that belong to Breeze Mobile Marketing SRL.

If you wish for your personal data to no longer be processed, or if you require your personal data to be removed from our records, you can exercise your rights as detailed under section VII below. If you request the deletion of your account, but that account contains at least one active order, the request for deleting your account will be registered only after the delivery of the products and the completion of your final active order.

If you retract your consent for processing your personal data for marketing purposes, Breeze Mobile Marketing SRL, will cease processing your personal data for this purpose, without this affecting the processing of your data based on the previously expressed consent before retracting it.

  • The right to be informed, specifically the right to receive details regarding the processing activities conducted by Breeze Mobile Marketing SRL, as described in this document;
  • The right to access data, specifically the right to obtain confirmation from Breeze Mobile Marketing SRL, with regard to the processing of your personal data, as well as details regarding the processing activities conducted such as the way in which your data is processed, the purpose for which the data is processed, the recipients or the categories of recipients of the data, etc
  • The right to amend data, specifically the right to obtain the correction, without any justified delays, from Breeze Mobile Marketing SRL of your personal data which is inaccurate/unjustified, as well as the completion of incomplete data; the amendment/completion of the data will be communicated to each recipient who had previously received the data, with the exception of the case when doing so is impossible or involves disproportionate efforts
  • The right for the data to be deleted, without any injustified delays, (“the right to be forgotten”), in the case when one of the following reasons is applicable:
    • The data is no longer necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or processed
    • If consent has been taken back and there is no other legal reason for processing the data
    • If the concerned person is against the processing of the data and there are no legitimate reasons to overrun this
    • If the personal data was processed illegally
    • If the personal data needs to be deleted to respect a legal obligation
    • If the personal data was collected with regard to providing services of the informational society as per the Union’s right or the internal right under which the operator is located

 

It is possible that, following a request for deleting data, Breeze Mobile Marketing SRL will render this data anonymous (thereby removing the personal aspect) and continue within these conditions to process data for statistical purposes;

 

  • The right to restrict the processing of the data, to the extent of which:
    • The concerned person contests the correctness of the data, over a period of time which allows us to verify the correctness of the data.
    • The processing of data is illegal, and the concerned person is against deleting the personal data, requesting instead restrictions around the use of such data
    • The operator no longer needs the personal data to be processed, but the concerned person requests this data from the operator for legal reasons
    • The concerned person was against the processing of the data (other that that for direct marketing), for the duration of time during which it is verified if the legitimate rights of the operator overrun those of the concerned person
    • The right to the portability of the data, specifically (i) the right to receive personal data in a structured way, used normally and easy to read, as well as (ii) the right for this data to be transmitted by Breeze Mobile Marketing SRL to another data operator, as long as the conditions required by law are met:
  • The right to oppose - with regard to the processing activities this right can be used by sending a request as per the following:
    • At any moment, for reasons relating to the particular situation in which the concerned person is involved, for the data that relates to that concerned person to be processed based on legitimate interest of Breeze Mobile Marketing SRL, or based on legitimate public interest, except for any case where Breeze Mobile Marketing SRL can demonstrate that it has legitimate and imperious reasons that justify the processing of the data and which overrun the interests, rights and liberties of the concerned persons or if the purpose is the of a legal nature;
    • At any moment, for free and without any justification, for the data that concern that person to be processed for direct marketing purposes
  • The right to not abide by an automated individual decision, specifically the right to not be the subject of a decision taken only based on automated processing activities, including creating profiles, which produces legal effects which relate to the concerned person, or affect that person in a similar manner for a significant extent
  • The right to address the National Authority for Supervising the Processing of Personal Data or other competent entities, to the extent that you deem necessary.
